We are a group of idealists who are obsessed with their management systems.
After years of dealing with all kinds of standards, frameworks and laws that have been around information technologies in international companies, we decided to start our own company in early 2015.
In addition to our training and consultancy activities on ISO27001, ISO20000, ISO22301 standards, we also act as an accredited auditor in audit activities as a subcontractor of international audit firms.
In addition, we are the ITIL® training and examination center. Cobit, PCI DSS, 5651, SOX are our other specialties.
We work in tailored projects. We do not believe that consulting can be provided with ready-to-use templates. We believe that the core of our business is based on learning and teaching.
We, the founders of the company, Burak Bestel and Nil Neli Bestel, are still actively working on the field, so we keep runing a lot.
Since we work day and night without a break, we can hardly stay at the office. It is easier to reach us asynchronously via mobile messages and mail.

Burak Bestel
Co-Founder
Burak Bestel, who received a bachelor's degree in ITU Control and Computer Engineering and a master's degree in Computer Engineering from Boğaziçi University; served in positions as Professional Services Country Manager, Information Security and IT Quality Business Line Manager, Consultant, Auditor and Inspector in consultancy and audit companies such as Innova, Symantec, Navigator, Deloitte and various banks. Bestel, worked in Innova Bilişim Çözümleri A.Ş. as Management Systems and Security Consultancy Services Manager in Technology Solutions business line.
He carried out official audits in hundreds of institutions, including foreign companies, national groups and public institutions, and took part in compliance projects with laws and regulations titled SOX, BRSA, PCI DSS and BTK at home country and abroad. He provided trainings on internationally valid standards, provided information security consultancy, and formed the processes and organizations of newly established departments. He identified road maps according prioritisation based on impact analysis, managed the installation projects of the IT eproducts that provide safety and continuity, performed evaluation and due diligence reporting for the company purchases.
Bestel speaks English and German fluently and has CISA, CIA, ISO 27001 LA, ITIL® certificates.
NİL NELİ Bestel
Co-Founder
Nil Neli Bestel, who graduated from Physics Department of Istanbul University, completed the Master's Program in Quality and Production Management at Istanbul Kültür University. She has worked as a consultant, certification auditor and trainer about ISO 27001 Information Security, ISO 20000 IT Service, ISO 22301 Business Continuity and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems in her past professional life.
Bestel has provided training other management systems like Project Management, Process Approach and Statistical Process Control, Cobit, ITIL®, and ISO 12207.
Bestel, who has a good command of English and intermediate French, has ISO 27001, ISO 20000 and ISO 9001 IRCA approved Chief Auditor certificates, and has the Chief Auditor competence in these standards.
About IT Service Management area she is an ITIL® Expert and has ITSMF accredited ISO 20000 auditor Certification, too. Bestel, is an accredited trainer for ITIL® Foundation, TRIM and ISO 20000 Auditor seminars.
